Riding vs. Driving

gentle curvesI seem to have somewhat of a reputation for being happier in the saddle than behind the wheel. I’d certainly have to say it’s completely true, even if that wasn’t always the case. I always loved to drive, and did a fair amount of long distance driving when I was younger. In fact, I really enjoyed driving at night as there was little to no traffic on the road. On top of the almost 25% for the MCCA (which is protection for the damned insurance conspiracy companies, not me), I see another 25% MANDATED (meaning our idiot government sticking the knife in AGAIN) for medical insurance. And then the premiums for uninsured motorists? Why the hell am I paying for people that my taxes pay to keep OFF the damned roads? Read more
